Welcome to Status Saver Photo Video Save ("the App"), developed by Martha Perez ("we," "us," or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the data of our users ("user," "you," or "your").

This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information that is collected, recorded, and processed by the App, and how we handle your privacy rights under global standard laws, including Apple's App Store Review Guidelines.

By downloading, installing, and using this App, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect (Zero-Data Policy)

We believe in absolute data privacy. Unlike server-based apps, Status Saver Photo Video Save does not collect any Personal Information.

No Identity Data: We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, email address, phone number, username, or Apple ID.

No Cloud Uploads: Any status, photo, video, quote, or media that you view, play, or save within the App remains strictly on your local iOS device. We do not operate external cloud servers to copy or clone your media.

No Direct Chat Storage: When you use the "Direct Chat" utility feature, the phone number you input is processed locally to generate the official WhatsApp API link. It is never stored, tracked, or shared with third parties.

3. Device Permissions & How They Are Used

To provide the features of the App, we request certain native iOS permissions. These permissions are executed purely on-device:

Photo Library Access (Read & Write): Required to allow the App to save downloaded image/video statuses directly into your iPhone's Photos App/Camera Roll.

Network/Internet Access: Required to fetch curated in-app content such as organized video categories (Wildlife, Aesthetic, Cuisine, Romantic, Aura), Quotes, and daily motivational text updates.

4. Third-Party Services and Analytics

The App may feature third-party integrations (such as Apple’s native Crashlytics, Firebase, or standard Ad networks) to keep the app functional and free. These automated third-party frameworks may process non-personal technical data:

Technical Logs: Device model, iOS version, language settings, and crash logs.

Cookies & Identifiers: Anonymized identifiers used purely to measure app stability or serve age-appropriate advertisements.

These third-party tools do not have access to your personal phone data or WhatsApp files.

5. Data Security

Since all operations happen locally on your iPhone, the security of your saved statuses relies entirely on your device’s security (FaceID/Passcode). We implement standard industry practices within our app code to prevent unauthorized access or modification of the app's internal cache.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App does not intentionally target or collect data from children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal data from any user, we are fully compliant with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to match new iOS features. Any changes will be updated directly on this page with a revised "Effective Date."

Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or using Status Saver Photo Video Save, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately delete the App from your device. 2.
